It operates two business units, one devoted to communications, the other to the production of scripted and unscripted content for networks and streaming platforms. This mix actively informs the way Hotel Bonka approaches its projects.

Menuetto was founded in 2017 by Hans Everaert, a former finance director of the Flanders Audiovisual Fund (VAF) and general manager of Menuet, the producer of Girl, The Broken Circle Breakdown, and The Misfortunates.
