Caviar opens Antwerp film and TV production branch
Caviar, the producer of films, TV series, branded content, music videos, and much more recently opened a new branch in Antwerp. Most of the company’s Belgian film and TV production activities will move to the new offices. The branded content and music video activities remain in Brussels. Besides Antwerp and Brussels, Caviar also runs offices in Los Angeles, Paris, Amsterdam, London and Prague.

Ace Image Factory stays ahead with Quantel’s next generation Pablo Rio
Ace’s Quantel Pablo and Pablo PA have recently been joined by the next generation Pablo Rio with Neo panel. Ace recently produced and posted a 30 second commercial for Luminus (see the online VFX Breakdown), using its 3D animatic technique to carefully map out all the shots. CGI and live action were combined on Pablo Rio to create the end result, closely matching the pre-vis.

Galaxy Studios opens new ‘Aurotorium Dub Stage’
Galaxy Studios, innovator of the Auro 3D-fromat, opened its new Aurotorium Dub stage for future proof 2D & 3D mixing this month. This combined dubbing and screening theatre
offers the ultimate mixing tools in a dedicated 3D environment, thus providing a maximum immersive experience in sound and image.

Eye-Lite Group launches Eye-Lite Flanders
